I removed the bicycle from the box. Not sure why it was shipped as the box was in perfect condition. Took three weeks, 16 emails, ten photos to convince company it was defective before they agreed to refund.
I bought this fan back in September. It already broke by July. I have never in my life had a fan break the way it broke. I was sitting in bed and the fan was on 10 and all of a sudden one of the blades messed up or something, and the blades just broke each other apart inside of it. Usually they last forever this product does not it didn’t even get me a year. Annd gave me a heart attack. Do not recommend.
